Bananas, oatmeal, white beans, lentils, potatoes, plantains, garbanzo beans, pearl barley, whole wheat pasta, brown rice.
I hate when people say I don't need to lose weight. I do. The fat is there. My thighs are still touching. My belly is not flat enough yet. My hip bones don't show off enough yet.
Losing weight makes me so happy.
